Tiny Backstory: Every time Limmy blinks, he teleports to another realm, which can get quite inconvenient. Part of that inconvenience is that he gets dry eye, whilst desperately trying not to blink for as long as possible, or when he's in the middle of trying to do something important. He's never really totally sure if he's in the right world or not.
